Do I have to sit in front of the camera?

No. You record the pitch once. SideLive plays it on the live, answers the chat, and keeps the product pinned. You go live from TikTok Shop in Chrome, the same page you already use.

Can TikTok ban my account for this?

We will not promise you a "shield" or a safety percentage. Nobody controls what TikTok does, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a number.

What we do control: replies go out one at a time, not in a burst, and nothing runs unless you tick it. Streaming recorded content in a live is a policy decision you should make after reading TikTok's Community Guidelines for your region.

Can the AI make up product details?

It is instructed not to, twice, and we tested it on real listings. Without the rule, the model would confirm features that did not exist. With it, it answers from the pinned product's full listing, says when the listing does not cover something, and points back to what it does say.

Will people watching know the live is recorded?

They see a normal live with a normal chat. What is on screen is up to you. Sellers who do well with this record a real product pitch, or a series of them, and let SideLive handle the questions in the chat.

How many computers and TikTok accounts?

One license runs on two computers at once. A third activation replaces the oldest. There is no limit on TikTok accounts; SideLive works with whichever account is logged in to the LIVE Manager tab.

Does it work in my region?

SideLive runs on TikTok Shop LIVE Manager and LIVE Center, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. If your seller console looks different, the extension tells you what it could not find instead of failing silently. Write to us and we will look at it.

What happens if my subscription ends during a live?

Nothing cuts your live. The video keeps playing until you end the stream yourself. AI replies stop, and the panel asks for a valid license the next time you open it.

Do you store my videos or my comments?

No. Videos never leave your machine. With AI replies on, the comment text and the product description pass through our server to reach the model, and we do not store the comment or the reply. Our privacy policy fits in a sentence because there is little to disclose.

Is there a free trial or a refund?

No trial. The monthly plan at $19 is the low commitment way in: run a few lives, and cancel from inside the extension if it is not for you. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end.
